DESCRIPTION: Pre-fused laser cut black material provided 

Easy, Pre-cut Silhouettes!
All you need to do is iron them on to a bright batik of your choosing.  With a rotary cutter and wavy blade cut around the edge.  Then simply fold top down over dowel and iron.  Attach a ribbon and you are now done. Hang in a bright window and enjoy!

SUPPLIES NEEDED: 18" x 28" Bright Batik, 1/4" x 14" Dowel, 1 yard 1/4" Ribbon or Raffia or 1 yard each of 3 different 1/8" Ribbons, Glue that dries clear, and Suction Cup Hook

TOOLS NEEDED : Black permanent market or black paint, Cutting MAt, Iron and Board, 45 mm Wavy Blade, & Rotary Cutter
