Shipping Policy

SEW-MINI Things ships primarily via USPS.

A flat rate of $10.99 is applied to each order at check out.*

Larger items are shipped via FEDEX and a signature may be required.

* Effective 7/16/23-  A flat rate shipping charge for sewing machines, sergers, or coverhem machines under $800 will be billed.
 

Should you be charged shipping in error, a refund will be generated during the processing of your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Expedited shipping is available via FEDEX for additional shipping and handling charges.

Return Policy

All fabrics are inspected before shipping and fabric is not returnable.

An RMA# is required and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sewing machines and/or sergers are not returnable unless damaged in shipping or defective upon arrival. Returns for warranty must be coordinated with a RMA#. Machines returned without a RMA# will not be processed for any warranty or service work. Sewing machines and sergers submitted for return for any other reason other than warranty or service will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of initial shipping will be with held from any applicable refund, Shipping charges or if free shipping was stated the actual fee for shipping is not refundable.
